Cetaphil Cleanser Review

Sunday 11 August 2013

In the past I'd heard American bloggers raving about Cetaphil cleanser and to be honest if I hadn't heard it being recommended I probably wouldn't of looked twice at the products. I'm a sucker for pretty packaging and Cetaphil doesn't fall into that category but it's what's on the inside that counts and in this case that's very true!

I've been using Cetaphil every evening before bed for the last few months. For years I preferred to use a product that I could put on a cotton pad to remove my make and clean my skin, but I made a habit of doing this every night and now I actually enjoy it. I find the whole process quite relaxing and refreshing.

That's all great but does it work I hear you ask? Well I have seen a huge noticeable difference, breakouts are more or less unheard off, my skin tone has improved and just all round looking a lot better! No wonder everyone was raving about this. The best part, it's suitable for dry skin and is soap and fragrance free!

Cetaphil is available in the UK from Boots priced £8.99, I picked my bottle up from the Pharmacy in Sliema (just up the hill from Inglot) for around 12.

Have you tried any Cetaphil products?

  1. I was undecided as whether to get this or Bioderma. I went for Bioderma but I think Cetaphil sounds like a good option too, going to have to try it out now I've read your review on it!

    1. Yeh I was quite surprised. The bottle and name sound a bit medical to me, like something for dandruff or headlice lol (sorry Cetaphil!) xx
